A nurse who graduated from an entry-level program accredited by the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, or a nurse educated outside the United States who then completes an Associate Degree, Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, or combined Bachelor of Science/ Master of Science Degree from an accredited U.S. nursing program.
