Proof of legal termination of marriage

남편은 미국시민권자이고 저와 결혼한지 15년되었고 미국과 한국 이중국적을 가진 미성년 딸이 있습니다. 한국에서 계속 살아오다 1년 반전에 제 남편이 미국에서 직업을 가진 후 6개월 전에 미국에서 배우자초청 이민비자를 신청해놓은 상태입니다. 그런데 이틀전에 proof of legal termination of marriage 를 제출하라는 서신을 받았습니다. 제 혼인증명서를 번역공증해서 제출했었고 거기에 저의 예전의 결혼 사실과 이혼 사실이 증명되어있는데 그 서류는 받아들일 수 없다면서 아래와 같은 서류를 다시 제출하라고 합니다.
Submit proof of the legal termination of the marriage.
A notation on the termination of the previous marriage on the South Korean marriage certificate is not acceptable.
Such proof would normally be a final (absolute) divorce decree, death certificate, annulment, etc. In order for the legal termination of a marriage to be considered valid for immigration purposes, it must have been registered with a civil authority. Note : A Divorce Nisi is not considered to be evidence of a final divorce.
합의 이혼의 경우에 이혼판결문 같은 것은 없었고 이혼의사확인서만 가지고 이혼신고만 하면 되었었는데  어떤 서류를 제출하면될까요?
합의이혼인 경우에도 법원에서 이혼사실을 증명하는 서류를 발급해주나요?
아니면 제적등본을 번역 공증해서 제출하면 충분할까요?
